How do you guarantee the integrity and availability of the data we have stored in Space?

  • Backup schedule – We make backups every 6 hours. We are also able to do a point in time recovery for the database, which means we are able to restore data more precisely.

  • Service SLA – We provide a Support Workflow and Response Time SLA, the details of which depend on the subscription plan you have selected. We also provide a special Enterprise Agreement for Enterprise plan customers.
