Hi Sergei, thanks for your patience. The issue has been fixed and the fix is going to be deployed soon. The issue relates to the Project Collaborator role only and didn't affect any other roles.

Cihan, there's no option to subscribe to such events by default, however, you can go to the issue settings and do it manually:
