laoweek, could you please try to hover over the chat circle icon and click a "..." button. There should appear a dropdown menu with the option to delete the chat.
Pavel Boger I managed to take this screenshot showing there isn't in fact a delete option in the drop-down. But I just refreshed the page and the issue is gone altogether without me doing anything so that's amazing. Did you guys just push an update to remove orphan issue chats?
