Integrating with support chat apps

Hi,

Love the product BTW. Having evaluated the product we are almost ready to upgrade our account to the paid version. Before we do we are interested in trying to integrate our in app (our app) support issue management & chat with Space. To keep the development and support process as smooth as possible we want to add a chat facility inside our app so that customers can initiate a chat with our support department but we want our support department to be inside space. This means that chats can then be shared with the dev teams and converted into tracked issues all in one place. 

Additionally we would like to be able to somehow integrate something that allowed customers to submit and track issue requests so that customers logged into the app can create issues that we can then tracked inside Space.

Is this possible? Probably via Integration or maybe as a planned feature. If its via an integration is there a way we can get support / guidance for this.

We don't plan any special solution for support in the foreseeable future but we are working on
SPACE-5844 External Guest Access feature that should allow organizing the flow you've described. Please feel free to upvote the ticket and subscribe to further changes.
