Can access/create new "space" -- after a minute our two, says try again (been like this for 2 days)

Hello,

I'm trying to use space for the first time. I created a "space" site, but when I get redirected there (or try to go to the URL directly), it keeps saying "try again" (this is a message not from the browser but by the "space" service. The message is

"The application failed to load

"
PS: I tried both Firefox and Edge browsers.

We've checked logs on the server-side and don't see any problems there. Could you please verify your instance one more time and let me know if the problem is still there? If it is could you please also check the browser console and update me with a screenshot of any error you might have there?

I tried again today - and it worked. Not sure what the problem was -- but it must have been on my end.
