Employees support system in Space

Hi guys,

we are thinking about Space as our main company tool. The one feature I didn't find information about is cases system for employees. As an example we have an office manager. Sometimes guys from the team need new devices, questions about office stuff, etc. We want to be able to create private cases/tickets in Space, collaborate inside, change status.

What is the best way to implement this feature?

Hi Eugene, thanks for the question! I think that the best option would be to create a separate Project in Space for handling such administrative tasks. For example, your office manager could create issue boards for different purposes like managing devices, office questions, etc., so every user could go there and submit a question/request.

One thing to mention: there's no way to change visibility options for issues at the moment (any user that has access to the issue of the project, will be able to see all of them). Here's the link to the feature request that should solve this case: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/SPACE-13409
