notifications in chats
Hi! Could you help me, I don't get notifications from chats. If space is minimized, then notifications do not come, but if it is expanded, then an alert will arrive. What could be the reason? How to fix it?

It looks like my previous comment got trimmed. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Could you please validate the Windows system (Windows Settings > System > Notifications) and app-specific settings and ensure there is nothing that can affect the notifications?
Also, please navigate to the Space channel where the notifications are expected and expand the menu next to the green bell. Make sure the "Notifications" setting is turned on.
If the issue still persists after validating the settings, please share what your Windows system notification looks like.

We have tried reproducing the same issue in our lab but have had no luck yet. If you have a chance to notice, could you please tell me what kind of notifications are missing (i.e. PMs, mentions, general messages in a channel)?
I believe you are already aware of notification hours. Just in case, could you please check if the schedule is set properly for your Space profile?

In group chat notifications work. Problems with direct messages, sometimes nitifications don't arrive before you open this chat.
I also use phone version. There are no notifications coming from the app. My couleges have the same problem with different phones.

Yet, there is only one explanation at the moment. The Desktop app can sometimes act incorrectly with notifications when it loses the server connection (due to an unstable network/connection). The red dot notifications are coming when the app is opened again and re-connection happens.
Still, this doesn't explain why the mobile app doesn't send notifications. Could you please let me know what mobile devices and OS you or your colleagues use with the Space mobile app?

We all have a different devices: Iphone of a different version (in general 11), and android (version 13). I use samsung galaxy A22

Thank you for the information. Sorry but I am still strugling to reproduce any similar behavior.
Could you please try to enable the email notification for DMs and check if at least an email notification was triggered when others don't?
Also, could you please let me know your Space organization name?

If it doesn't work out, then it's not scary. Maybe in a future update this error will go away (magically) =)
