[On-Prem / Docker] Can i connect to vcs directly by ssh?

1. We haven't tested this option, but you can definitely try it.
2. I assume the username is `git` as in `git@127.0.0.1:2222`.
3. SSH server private key is stored in the `vcs.ssh.server.key.rsa.base64` property in `vcs.on-premises.properties`. Private GPG key is stored in the `circlet.vcs.identity.secretKey_base64` property in `space.on-premises.conf`.
