ON-PREM: Hub integration: JSON property missing

Space does seem to reach Hub just fine, but something is off in the actual exchange of users. When I log out and try to switch to Hub sign-in from the login page, I am greeted by the following message in red:

> Authentication with JetBrains Hub failed. Attempt to load user info failed: Instantiation of [simple type, class circlet.platform.a.c.a.b.d.e] value failed for JSON property a due to missing (therefore NULL) value for creator parameter a which is a non-nullable type

(followed by a json entry of the offending user).

Any ideas what could be off here? Places to look? Things to try?

According to https://space-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/6769849308434-On-premises-free-plan-and-Hub-integration - the Enterprise plan will eventually be required in order to support Hub integration. Is that what is happening here? Just an imprecise error message which ought to have been "your plan does not support Hub integration"?

Hi Emil, no that's not the case, as we provide the Organization plan for Space On-Premises Beta users, and it includes the alternative auth module configuration.

As for the initial error you shared, we're already investigating this case and I'll get back to you with the updates as soon as possible. Thanks!
