Space: Accessing local file system? Or upload and download files?

I have an application I am playing with in Space, it takes a source file, does some work on it and produces one or more result files.  Those files are initially stored in the project folders.

I would like an easy way to access the files.  Is there any way to access my computer's (not the Space Dev Environment's) file system?  Or is there a way to download files that get generated from running the code I write?

Is my only option to commit / push files using Git?
