From @TODO to Task

Does anyone know if there is a way, right now, to automate creating tasks or checklist items from TODO tags in source code?

I'm refactoring an application and when I see something that needs to be done but is outside of the scope of my current work item, I tag it with a TODO. I would love to see those as tasks in Space somehow.

Thoughts?
