Mirrored AWS CodeCommit Repo wont sync with pushes

After mirroring an AWS repo in Space. I have created a subscriber in AWS with the url Space provides for push notifications. The problem is AWS wants a confirmation after the subscriber is associated with a topic. The request confirmation message is being received by Space but wont confirm it for AWS so it wont send any messages automatically when something is changed in the mirrored repo.
