Hi Roman, thanks for the question! No, currently, it's not possible. At this stage, you can run Automation jobs only using Docker containers on Linux only. We're considering adding macOS runners in the future, however, there's no ETA at the moment. Please stay tuned!

Hi Pavel

I understood, thanks for the feedback.

Is Docker on Linux supports Android ?

Just jumping in to second this request. I totally understand the challenges of supporting Mac and iOS builds, so it's not something I would expect or demand support for. At the same time, if you DO make it work, it would be an incredible features and major selling point for cross-platform app developers. (I am sure you are aware, AWS recently added support for EC2 macOS instances... maybe that will help!)

Hi Matt, using external macOS workers will arrive soon. As for the hosted workers, you're right, it's a challenge, but we're doing our best to support them as well.

Meanwhile, may I ask if you have a list of Mac-specific features you're looking for the most? What would be your use case? How do you solve it right now (any other CI tools or infrastructure services)?

Thanks!

Kobeumut, sure, external automation workers functionality has already been released. Please refer to our docs for more details: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/space/run-steps-in-external-workers.html
