Bad experience on Linux

I have experienced the Linux client on Arch via snapcraft, but not so good. I always get this error:

Failed to access organization by URL https://cdream.jetbrains.space

And the log has nothing about this:

[2020-12-20 11:19:37.413] [info] SNAP env is defined, updater is disabled

But i can visit my space on Browser via a proxy(or directly), and i try to set proxy in the desktop file of space, but it doesn't work( the same setting as chromium, but it works).
