limits exceeded. Outgoing traffic limit exceeded

Hi,

I've hit this issue this morning and i don't quite get it.

fatal: limits exceeded. Outgoing traffic limit exceeded
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

What's the problem here? Because i really doubt I've reach any limits what so ever since i have only about 6 small repository.
I push and pull very few times a day.

Plus, The error is system wide so it's not some repository size limits.

The only thing i can think of that could of get me this error is the fact that i have synced all repository from Bitbucket but that would be insane...

Let me know if you need more information.

Cheers

I'm seeing the following for some time now, and git is totally unusable. Back to github for us :(

git push -u origin master
remote: Incoming traffic limit exceeded
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.jetbrains.space/xxxxx/xxxxxx.git/': The requested URL returned error: 413

When can we expect a fix for this issue? I switched back to GitLab for now and hope that this issue will be fixed soon.

I would also be looking to pull some repos from Bitbucket and Github. Anticipating a fix to this before trying these pulls.
