Errors upgrading to 2023.3
Hi!
I'm posting here because the Ticket I have with Support has been open for 6 weeks and hasn't had a reply in 1 week, so I'm very much looking at every other opportunity to look for assistance.
I have a two-fold problem.
1. When trying to connect TeamCity to Space and performing the first step (log into Space), the left-hand pane loads and the right-hand pane shows a 404 error.
After raising this with Support, then recommendation was to upgrade from 2023.1 to 2023.3. (I am now running 2023.2 but can't upgrade any further without it breaking).
This brings me to problem number 2.
After upgrading to 2023.3, I can no longer connect via HTTPS (which is required for the integration with TeamCity). HTTP works fine - but not HTTPS. Space simply “closes" the connection.
Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can resolve it? Is there a way to elevate the logging levels so that I might be able to get a bit more visibility as to *why* it is just closing the connections?
Also, if anyone has any contacts within Jetbrains that I could plead with to try and get some more help, I would very much appreciate it!
