Confluence import failing with "Error: Profile with the provided email does not exist or the email is not verified"

Hi,

Has anyone else tried to import an entire Confluence Space into Jetbrains Space? All my trials end up in the error: “Error: Profile with the provided email does not exist or the email is not verified”

I'm using Confluence's admin account and an access token created by the Jetbrains Space account. There shouldn't be any issues with permissions, as I'm using admin accounts on both ends.

After the import quits, the folder structure seems to be OK, but all documents contain only two words: “Intermediate content”. I'm guessing the importer works in phases:

  1. Import “folder” structure.
  2. Scan through the structure and import documents.

And the error occurs after/during the first step, and thus documents contain only a placeholder text.

Juha Ruotsalainen Hi,

There is a similar report in the backlog https://github.com/JetBrains/space-documents-import/issues/1. Could you please check if the outlined steps there with changing the owner of the document in Confluence help to avoid this error for you too?

Hi,

I'll try that first issue's tip again. I tried it already a couple of weeks ago, but it won't hurt trying again.

I tried it. Didn't work. I'll resort to manually exporting the Confluence Space into HTML, then converting those into Markdown with a CLI tool, and finally import as folder into Space.
