connecting jetbrains space cloud instance to teamcity on-prem installation

i am trying to connect space cloud to my teamcity on premise installation that is in my private network. i am getting the below error
Failed to connect to application endpoint
An error occurred during sending request: HttpRequestTimeoutException
is it possible to connect space cloud instance to teamcity on-prem?

Ab Fahmy thanks for the question. Based on the symptoms you describe, Space just can't access your private network as it's probably not exposed to the internet. There's no way to work around this issue other than making your TeamCity installation publicly accessible.

i have managed to connect it using the manual method.
i have my build jobs defined in teamcity. is there a way to share the runs/status with jetbrains space? similar to Slack/Email notifications?
