Commercial Software?

Hi!

I'm having a bit of trouble, but I'm trying to find out if I can use the free tier of Cloud Space to create a for-profit application? If not, what tier do I need to be to create for-profit software?

I struggled to find it in the docs. I probably saw it at one point, but I'm having trouble finding it now. Thanks a ton!
