External User (Collaborator Role) shares file/document from personal Documents to Sysadmin, Sysadmin cannot see and is not notified
Collaborator shares file/document to sysadmin. Sysadmin is not notified and cannot see the shared file/document
Expected Behavior: Sysadmin should be notified file/document was shared and be able to view/edit
