[On-Prem / Docker] How do I manage files uploaded to issue or chat if I no longer need them?

As the manager of our company's Space, I have a question.

If an image or file is uploaded to a chat or issue, if the chat or issue is no longer needed, the capacity will be secured only when the files are deleted, but are the files automatically deleted when the issue or chat is removed?
