[On-Prem / Docker] How to know additional properties like 'vcs.git.mirror.any'
in response to the link above.The 'vcs.on-premises.properties' file displays additional parameters 'vcs.git.mirror.any=true' that can be declared. Where can I find a list of these additional parameters available?

There's no declared list of configuration parameters for the VCS service except the ones included in the config file itself. We'll check and update the documentation in case anything is missing. Meanwhile, may I ask if there's anything in particular that you'd like to reconfigure?
