I did not receive a confirmation email after creating a Space organization.

To complete the registration process for your Space organization, you need to confirm your registration using the link from the notification email.

Sometimes notification emails may be received in pre-defined mailbox folders, like "Updates", "Promotions", “Social”, or even "Spam". If this is the case, then you should be able to find the confirmation searching for the following email addresses: no_reply@jetbrains.com or sales@jetbrains.com or news@jetbrains.com (for registration-related emails).

Additional email notifications (for example, user invitations) from Space Cloud can be sent from directory@jetbrains.space.

If you still cannot find the email after following these steps, please contact us.
