As Space relies heavily on external resources from our Cloud provider (such as storage, data transfer, CI credits), the costs associated with using Space cannot be refunded. There could be some exceptional situations in which we would be able to issue a partial refund, but these would be decided on a case-by-case basis. We do offer refunds for inactive users and for the difference in price associated with a downgrade in a form of General Credits. These can be used to purchase additional users or resources, or to pay for the next term of the subscription.
