I'd be very happy if there was some pricing strategy similar to the Atlassian Pricing (Before they decided to go for cloud only), i.e. also allow private persons/families to use SPACE with a small setup of up to 5 or 10 users (and without support) and a very small fee of e.g. $10 a year or per installation. You could limit this cheap offer to private use and/or maximum number of users.

My usecase: In my family, we synchronize a lot, we have a family share for documents (nextcloud), but also have a lot of tasks where we want to create and track issues, have a shared calendar and so on. (Some issues are related e.g. to organizing holidays with the entire big family, or simple things like switching electicity provider up to long term tasks/projects as  "digitalize old analogue photos", ...). For many users, some big solution like SPACE sounds like "shooting birds with canons", but as an IT guy who likes maintaining a server anyway and an IT affirmative family where members aren't afraid to learn basic git, we appreciate proper tooling for our tasks.
