Yes, an organization can request a single trial period for each paid tier. Once the trial period is over, your organization will be switched back to the plan you previously had. No automatic charges are applied, so if you would like to stay on the plan you have a trial subscription for, you need to switch your organization to the desired plan manually.
During your trial period for a paid plan, you will have access to the advanced features from that plan, though your resource limits will remain unchanged. The overdraft option is still available unless you are starting your trial from the Free plan.
The length of the trial period depends on the plan you are on and the plan being tested:
- Free plan to Team plan – 15 days.
- Free plan to Organization plan – 15 days.
- Team plan to Organization plan – 30 days.
In order to request a trial period, in your Space instance navigate to Administration -> Billing & Plans, and click Try premium features.
A trial can be extended by our sales colleagues if required. Enterprise plan trials are only available through an arrangement with an account manager. Please contact us if you are interested in a trial period for an Enterprise plan.
